Yellow planned and executed Sheffield City Council’s recruitment campaign to encourage more young people to enter a career in Adult Health & Social Care. We helped drive hundreds of potential carers to open days, career workshops and job websites to help find Sheffield’s next generation of carers.

We produced a series of videos to demonstrate the opportunities available to people looking to work in adult health and social care.

We produced a website (www.sheffieldcares.co.uk) that people can look out for latest jobs and find out more information about starting a career in Adult Health & Social Care. We are now reconstructing the website into a ‘social care academy’ to help add lots more training and news to give on going support since the campaign.

We took a variety of images of new and upcoming carers in the area, showing off the diversity of the team and the strong bond between the team and their service users.
